Most orders will be ready within one to two business days.
Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Customers will receive an email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Orders must be picked up by the person who placed and paid for the order. ID matching order must be presented. Address under billing of order and ID must match.
- Merchandise returns accepted within 15 days of purchase in original condition and packaging with receipt.
- Returns of special ordered items are subject to a 25-50% re-stocking fee.
- Bike returns accepted within 5 days of purchase in brand new condition with receipt.
- Returns of special ordered bicycles are subject to a 25-50% re-stocking fee.
- Bicycles come with a no charge Break-in Tune-Up, (Within 30 Days of purchase).
- No returns on sale items or labor.
- Returns without receipt receive store credit only.

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered.
